Questions and collaboration
Methods critique, replication proposals, regional research suggestions, dataset documentation and expert review offers.
Factual issues
Disputed claims, outdated protocol references, mis-coded examples. Include the page URL, quoted text and a supporting primary source.
Publication enquiries
Speaking invitations, citation or reprint permissions, media correspondence and general desk questions.
What we can help with
- Clarifying our methodology, release gates or market brief scope
- Receiving reproducible public-source observations that bear on a published note
- Discussing anonymised, public-source case submissions for the case library framework
- Permission requests to republish tables, coding excerpts or dataset dictionaries
What we cannot do
- Guarantee coverage, links or favourable findings in exchange for access or sponsorship
- Provide legal, regulatory or investment advice disguised as research
- Run bespoke prompt campaigns or “visibility optimisation” on behalf of vendors
- Confirm embargoed benchmark results before public release gates are met
Before sending data
Do not email confidential client records, credentials, personal data about individuals, or unreleased financial information. Describe the material first in plain language—we will agree a proportionate transfer method if it is editorially relevant and legally appropriate.
For correction requests, see also the corrections and change log page for response standards and required information.
Response expectations
Research and correction mailboxes are monitored on business days (Hong Kong time). Substantive methodological or factual reports receive acknowledgement when credibly documented; resolution time depends on verification needs. General enquiries may take longer during active collection windows.
